Hi! I’m Cameron, a professional piano tuner with over 8 years of experience. I’ve serviced thousands of clients throughout northern New Jersey and am now focused on serving the Boston area. I was the official tuner for Rockaway Music in Morris Plains NJ, where I developed a reputation for precision and reliability.
What makes me different?
Firstly, I bring a wide range of experience, having worked with residential clients as well as schools and churches. This means I understand the unique needs of everything from home pianos to high-use institutional instruments, and I treat each tuning with the same level of care.
As a lifelong musician, I bring both technical expertise and a deep musical ear to every tuning. I use a combination of traditional aural tuning and advanced pitch software to ensure each piano sounds its absolute best.
My piano journey has been a long one. I’ve been studying music my entire life and as the official tuner for Rockaway Music in Morris Plains, I was trusted to maintain instruments to a high professional standard. That role helped refine my attention to detail and reinforced my commitment to delivering consistent, reliable results.
Through years of experience, I’ve learned that all acoustic pianos - whether upright, baby grand, or full grand - require regular care to perform their best. Tuning is a critical part of that care. When a piano is left untuned for an extended period, the pitch can drop significantly, making it more difficult to bring back to standard and potentially increasing the time and work required in future service. Regular maintenance not only keeps your piano sounding great, but also helps preserve its long term health.

My standard piano tuning consists of using both aural and software to tune any acoustic piano, whether it be upright all the way to concert grand.
